Do iHorns only work for iPhones?
No. iHorns are not brand specific. So long as your cellphone has an external speaker on the bottom of the phone they will work.
Do all iHorns sound the same?
No. Each horn produces a unique sound based not only on size, shape and material, but also based on the quality of the external speaker which is the source of the sound.
Can iHorns be used as Speaker Phones?
Yes. Simply answer your phone, put it on speaker, and then talk in the direction of the horn. The distance from which the iHorn will pick up your voice will vary depending upon the size, shape and directional nature of the horn.
Which iHorn sounds the best?
This is a subjective decision. No two people hear the same sound exactly the same. So what sounds the best is an opinion which differs for everyone.
Can iHorns be shipped Internationally?
Yes. The cost varies depending on the size and shape of your iHorn.
How long will to take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, it will ship within three (3) business days, unless of course you’re ordering a custom made piece. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday or on holidays, we start counting the time the first business day after the date of purchase. Standard shipping takes four to seven business days, depending on your location. Shipments outside the United States vary substantially in time for delivery.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, within thirty (30) days of purchase. When returning an iHorn, you will receive a credit toward a future purchase and not a refund of your purchase price, shipping or tax.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, within thirty (30) days of purchase. When seeking an exchange, you will be responsible for any difference in purchase price and shipping. The return policy governs if you seek to exchange for an iHorn of a lower cost.
To anyone ordering from outside the U.S.
If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your order may be subject to duties and taxes on top of the purchase price of your iHorn. We do not cover these costs and they will be billed directly to you. Payment of these duties and/or taxes typically are required before final delivery. The tax and duty rate is dependent on your location and is subject to fluctuation.
Also, all prices are listed in US Dollars. If you are purchasing outside the USA, you will be charged USD equivalent of the price in your currency, subject to daily exchange rates and whatever fees or charges for exchange which may be applicable. We take no responsibility for these currency-related costs and encourage you to understand them before purchasing.
Stolen Packages
We live in a time of rampant porch pirates who have no qualms about stealing delivered packages. All shipped packages are insured for the replacement value of your purchase, which cost is paid by the buyer. In the case of stolen packages, we cannot take responsibility for the actions of criminals and cannot guaranatee that shipping insurance will cover the costs of packages stolen after delivery. We ask that you take whatever precautions are necessary to ensure safe delivery of your iHorn, including if necessary shipping to your place of employment or other location where it can be received. Further, for iHorns valued in excess of $500.00, a signature may be required at the time of delivery. Please take this into consideration in deciding to where your iHorn will be delivered.
