Refund policy

Refunds are accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase.  When returning an iHorn, you will receive a credit toward a future purchase and not a monetary refund of your purchase price, shipping or tax.  Exchanges are permitted within thirty (30) days of your purchase.   When seeking an exchange, you will be responsible for any difference in purchase price and shipping.  The return policy governs if you seek to exchange for an iHorn of a lower cost.  In the event that you cancel an order for whatever reason prior to it being fulfilled, in my sole discretion, I may deduct from any refund the processing fees which I am charged which can be up to 5% of the purchase price.  This is simply done so that I do not suffer the economic consequences of your decision to cancel an order after I have been charged the processing fees.  Thank you.
