Amplion Dragon

The Dragon iHorn is made from an Amplion Dragon radio speaker horn, with a metal bell and a cast iron goose neck.  The horn was manufactured in 1923 in Great Britain by Graham Amplion.  The bell flower is stately and sophisticated, its sound, purity. 

These small and mid-size horns are extremely rare because their original manufacturing numbers were low.  They are highly collectible because of that rarity.  This horn was purchased at an auction in England.  The Dragon is a survivor.  It survived the bombings of WWII.  It stands as a testament to the human spirit and to the longevity held by strength of character.
