B & W

The B & W iHorn is made from a vintage Barker and Williamson Dip Meter.   It was made in 1948.  A Dip Meter was used in laboratories, ham radio shacks and/or radio/TV service shops.  Its main function was to indicate resonant frequency of a tuned circuit.   In addition, it was used to identify signal intensity.  In short, the B & W made certain that you received the signal which you hoped to receive.

The B & W iHorn is a tool which during its day saved engineers and repairmen hundreds of diagnostic hours.  While small and compact, it receives the signal and resonants in a way which remains relevant today.
