DIMCO I

The Dimco iHORN is made from a 1955 Dimco Gray Dark Room Timer.  It smacks farmhouse and industrial.  It is practical and eye catching, with a patina which reinforms us that aging is a beautiful process if we pause to appreciate and understand.

Not much information is available about the Dimco-Gray Company, although the Smithonian has product catalogues dating to the early 1900s.  It is believed to be an Ohio based company which is still in existence.
