President's Cup

The President’s Cup iHorn is made from a tin can with a plastic funnel on the top.  What is it?  I have absolutely no idea.  I thought it was an ashtray, but there were no ashes inside and it did not smell like an ashtray.  However, on two sides it has the symbol of the United States President. 

 Whatever it is, it most certainly is a one of a kind iHorn, which is both intriguing and perplexing.  Like the political landscape in America, one must have a crystal ball to know what will happen or what is best for the future generations of America.
