The Hohner iHorn is made from a Hohner Accordeon which was originally manufactured with the attached horn.  Amplifying bells on accordians were used in the very early 1900’s.  They were known as fiatos.  This iHorn is extremely rare.  It was made in 1904, winning awards at the Worlds Fair.  This accordion is diatonic (single scale) with a single-action (bisonoric) keyboard, i.e. each button produces two notes: one when the bellows are pressed or pushed (closed) and another when the bellows are drawn or pulled (opened). Each button produces a different note on the push and the draw of the bellows. In this respect it operates like a harmonica.  Take a look at this piece, as it is one of a kind and I have little doubt there will never be another one.  The look, the graphics, the colors, coupled with its age and rarity, make The Hohner iHorn irreplaceable.  It deserves a home which appreciates its unique character and history.
