The Hudson Hornet iHORN is made from a 1953 Hudson Hornet instrument cluster coupled with a vintage Condor bicycle horn. It rocks the road!The Hudson Motor Car Company made Hudson and other brand automobiles in Detroit, Michigan, from 1909 to 1954. In 1954, Hudson merged with Nash-Kelvinator Corporation to form American Motors. The Hudson name was continued through the 1957 model year, after which it was dropped. Production radios were definitely installed in mass produced automobiles by 1927. Therefore, the age of this radio is between 1927 to 1957. The horns is a brass Condor bulb horn which was regularly used on automobiles, motorcyles and bicycles. It is believed to be from the 1940’s. These horns were part of the industrial revolution and its historic impact to mobility on wheels.
