The Mignon

The  Mignon  iHORN is made from an extremely rare Stern & Stern Stentor Mignon radio horn manufactured in Stockholm, Sweden.  It is the only such radio horn I have ever seen and in fact, is so rare that there is no information recorded about it which I could find. 

Stentor was the brand name for Stern & Stern radios and speakers.  The company was founded in 1922 and by 1940 was bought out by Phillips ceasing to manufacture any products under the Stentor name.  Therefore, this radio horn was made between those dates, although most likely in the early years of the companies viability.
