The Trumpet

The Trumpet iHorn is made from a vintage trumpet, with an antique cornet bell base.  A brass instrument is a musical instrument that produces sound by sympathetic vibration of air in a tubular resonator in sympathy with the vibration of the player's lips. Brass instruments are also called labrosones, literally meaning "lip-vibrated instruments.  Trumpet-like instruments have historically been used as signalling devices in battle or hunting, with examples dating back to at least 1500 BC. They began to be used as musical instruments only in the late 14th or early 15th century.  The trumpet has captured the musical talent of musicians such as Louis Armstrong, Miles Davis, and Dizzy Gillespie.  Various factors go into the varying pitch of a brass instrument, and thus the sound of The Trumpet.  Regardless, The Trumpet iHorn is a unique interpretation of sound and history.  Indeed, What a Wonderful World!
